Everything must go before we move warehouse
Glawning is moving to a new, bigger fulfilment centre, so we have to hand back the keys to our Ripon warehouse at the end of November.
We'd much rather see our tents and accessories go to good homes than pack them all up and move them. So we're pricing up everything in the warehouse, with up to 70% off, and opening the doors for one weekend.
If you make the trip to Ripon, you get first pick. Whatever's left goes on sale online straight afterwards.
Don't worry, Glawning isn't going anywhere. You'll be able to order from us online exactly as normal. We're just moving warehouse.
How the sale works
People who come to the warehouse get first choice. Here's the order things happen in.

Sneak preview online
We'll add clearance items to the website every day as we price them up. You can see what's available and how much it costs, but you can't buy online yet.

2 · Sat 31 Oct & Sun 1 Nov, 10am–3pm
Warehouse first pick
Come to our Ripon warehouse and buy before anyone else. Take it home on the day, or pay and collect later by appointment.

3 · From 4pm Sunday 1 November
Online sale opens
Anything that hasn't sold at the warehouse goes on sale online, while stock lasts.
Delivered or collection only
Every item in the online sale is clearly marked one of two ways.
Online from 4pm Sun 1 Nov · We deliver
Delivered
- Items that are already boxed and ready to send
- Buy online and we'll deliver it to you, as normal
- Look for items marked Delivered
Online from 4pm Sun 1 Nov · Collect in Ripon
Collection only
- Loose items that need extra packing, like pole sets and accessories
- Pay online and choose Pick up at checkout
- Collect from Ripon by appointment, by Friday 20 November
- We cannot deliver these items
How collection-only works
Anything already boxed and ready to send will be delivered as normal. Loose items, such as pole sets and accessories, would need extra packing to post, so to keep prices low they're collection only.

Good to know
When can I buy?
At the warehouse on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, 10am to 3pm. Anything that hasn't sold goes on sale online from 4pm on Sunday 1 November. From Tuesday 27 October you can preview items online, but you can't buy them yet.
Why can't I buy online straight away?
We want to give everyone who makes the trip to Ripon first choice. That's why the online sale opens one hour after the warehouse closes on Sunday.
Can I reserve an item before the weekend?
Sorry, we can't reserve or hold items. It's first come, first served at the warehouse, and then online from 4pm on Sunday.
Will the item I previewed still be there?
Many items are one-offs, so they may sell at the warehouse first. If an item is still showing as available online at 4pm on Sunday, you can buy it.
What's the difference between "Delivered" and "Collection only"?
Items marked Delivered can be bought online and delivered as normal. Items marked Collection only are paid for online and must be collected from our Ripon warehouse by appointment by Friday 20 November. We can't deliver them.
Can you deliver a collection-only item if I pay extra?
Sorry, no. These items are priced as collection only, and we can't deliver, post or arrange couriers for them. You're welcome to send someone to collect on your behalf with your order number.
What if I can't collect by 20 November?
We have to be out of the warehouse at the end of November, so we can't hold items beyond Friday 20 November. If an order isn't collected by then, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund.
I bought something at the warehouse but can't fit it in my car
No problem. Pay on the day and we'll arrange a collection appointment, up to Friday 20 November.
