1.             The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Glawning Limited (“Glawning”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

2.             The prize draw can be entered free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

3.             All free entries must be submitted by post to Glawning Limited, Unit 1 Block C, Canalside Business Park, Charter Road, Ripon HG4 1AJ in accordance with the Free Entry Instructions, and only one entry per person is permitted for each correctly stamped postal entry sent. There is no limit on the number of stamped entries per person, but only one entry will count for each stamped envelope/postcard. Any postal entry must include the entrants name, postal address, email address and phone number in order to allow notifications to be sent regarding the prize draw. Paid entries can be made using the Glawning website at a cost of £2 per entry. There is no limit to the number of paid entries.

4.             The opening date for entries is 15 December 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 18 January 2026 at noon. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5.              If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, Glawning does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

6.             Subject to clause 15 below, the winners of the prize draw will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 19 January 2026 ("Draw Date").

7.             The First Winner will receive the prize of highest value, as specified on the Prize Draw page.

7a. Following the first draw, there will be a subsequent draws. The winners of these will receive the prizes outlined in order of value.

8.             The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone (using details provided at entry) on 19 January 2026 and the seven days thereafter and must provide a postal address to claim their prize where necessary. If a winner does not respond to Glawning within 7 days of Glawning sending or leaving (or attempting to send or leave) the notification, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Glawning will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9.             Upon receipt of the winner’s response to the notification of their win, Glawning will liaise with the winner to arrange receipt of their prize. Accomodation prizes are subject to availability as per the relevant calendar. 

10.          All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

11.          The prizes are supplied by Glawning. Glawning reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Glawning’s control makes it necessary to do so.

12.          The decision of Glawning regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13.          Glawning must either publish or make available information that indicates that valid awards took place. To comply with this obligation Glawning will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@glawning.com or writes to Glawning Limited, Unit 1 Block C, Canalside Business Park, Charter Road, Ripon HG4 1AJ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Glawning at the above email or postal address. In such circumstances, Glawning must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

14.          Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Glawning reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15.          Glawning reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In particular, if insufficient tickets are sold to cover the cost of the promotion, Glawning may cancel the prize draw and all participants will be refunded.

16.          Insofar as is permitted by law, Glawning, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Glawning, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17.          Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Glawning's Privacy Policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.

18.          These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to issue court proceedings in relation to the promotion, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

19.           The administrator and promoter of this prize draw is Glawning Limited, Unit 1 Block C, Canalside Business Park, Charter Road, Ripon HG4 1AJ
