Drying and storing your Glawning

In short

Always store your Glawning dry. If you have to pack it away wet, get it out and dry it within about four days to prevent mould.

Drying at home

  • Pitch it in the garden, ideally with the stove lit inside.
  • Drape it over a dining table (remove the groundsheet first) or hang it in a garage.

Storing

  • Store it fully dry in a cool, dry place.
  • If you're storing it for the winter, check it every month or so.

Left pitched for a long time?

That's fine, ideally on a surface where it can dry out properly (not long grass). It will need reproofing more often.
