What pressure should my GlawningAIR be?

Applies to:GlawningAIR

In short

4 to 5 PSI is usually enough. In windy weather, raise it to around 7 PSI. In hot weather, keep it at the lower end, because the air expands as it warms up.

Recommended pressure

  • Normal conditions: 4 to 5 PSI.
  • Windy: up to about 7 PSI.
  • Hot weather: stay at the lower end of the range.

Which pump?

  • We supply a manual pump.
  • You can use a high-volume, low-pressure electric pump, such as a tent or paddleboard pump. You may need extra valve fittings.
  • Don't use a high-pressure, low-volume pump such as a car tyre pump.

Three valves give you a choice of inflation point, which helps if your electric pump has a short lead.
