We can collect for £50. Collection is free if the item is faulty or damaged.
Swapping size or canopy
We look at size and canopy swaps (for example, 4m to 5m, or standard to high roof) case by case. We can usually help if the goods are in as-new condition, and you pay the £50 postage charge.
Pitched or weathered tents
We can accept these only if they're in good condition.
