What does the warranty cover?

Every Glawning comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Zips are covered for 2 months from purchase. The warranty isn't transferable to second-hand owners.

Manufacturing defects, for 2 years from purchase.
Zips, for 2 months from purchase.

What isn't covered

General wear and tear, misuse, storm damage, mould from storing wet, and heat damage from over-firing a stove.
Faults we identified at the time of sale on ex-demo and seconds.
